20 Jul CybSyn’s approach to Website Creation
For the Boss, every website to be created is a Universe, not just a simple “project”. That is why he is so involved.
That is why the first step is always a preparation meeting with you. The aim is for us to understand your universe—whether it is one you already have or one you want to create—so we can express it through your website. Namely: your world, your imagination, your values, your ideas, your originality—in short, your identity, as well as that of your company.
Next, we take stock with our graphic designer in order to select and then offer you various customisable graphic themes that may match your ideas, tastes and needs.
These themes are selected mainly based on their options for presenting:
- fonts
- pages
- posts
- portfolios
- projects
- testimonials
- e-commerce products
- various shop layouts.
We will then offer you a varied selection in different styles, with demos, from which you will choose your favourite.
Depending on your choice, a mock-up will be produced by our graphic designer.
Of course, it will take into account the colours of your logo and the main tones of all your communication materials, if you already have them. Respecting the harmony of your website’s visual appearance in relation to all your existing (or to-be-created) materials is a requirement for the Boss (quietly, he has an eye for it!).
Naturally, we will work on the site structure, its architecture, and ensure its SEO is optimised, notably by compartmentalising or classifying the topics covered by page. Indeed, this makes it easier for search engine indexing bots to crawl.
So that your site has every chance of being indexed quickly, we will also identify the keywords for each piece of content to sprinkle into the texts, which can be entrusted to our absolutely stunningly charming CopyWriter (or writer, if you are allergic to English—hard to avoid in this line of work. English, not the writer).
Once the mock-up has been approved by you, we will move on to the next phase, i.e. creating and/or defining where the texts will go (always thanks to our brilliant CopyWriter).
Not forgetting, of course, the crucial choice of photos (taken from free or paid image banks or from a photographer, as you prefer).
Once that is done, we will create the homepage and present it to you for approval. Then it will be the turn of the following elements.
You will thus follow, step by step, the birth of your website almost before your eyes—a website to whose creation you will have put your hand to the byte, so to speak.
Tempted by the adventure?
