CybSyn, represented by IE SARTRE D.M.G. – No. 302366080 – Georgia, Tbilisi, Lochini Street, No. 3, Floor 2 – N5<\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as “the Rights Holder”, hereby issues this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) for use by any person (an indefinite number of persons) hereinafter referred to as “the User” who has expressed their willingness to enter into an agreement under the conditions set forth as follows.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

1. DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

1.1. The Agreement governs the relationship between the Rights Holder and the User and contains the following definitions:<\/p>\n\n

1.1.1. The offer is this document (the Agreement) published on the Internet at the address: CybSyn.com.<\/p>\n\n

1.1.2. Acceptance is a full and unconditional receipt of the offer by actions indicated in paragraph 3.1. of the Agreement; <\/p>\n\n

1.1.3. The Rights Holder is CybSyn.com, represented by Mr. Daniel Sartre, who has placed the offer; <\/p>\n\n

1.1.4. The User is a legal entity or a legally capable natural person who has entered into the Agreement under the conditions contained in the offer;<\/p>\n\n

1.1.5. The Internet Site is a set of web pages hosted on a server, forming an integral structure and accessible via the Internet at the following address: CybSyn.com (hereinafter the Site);<\/p>\n\n

1.1.6. Content is information presented in textual, graphic, audiovisual (video) formats on the Site and constitutes its filling. The Site’s content is divided into main content (user content) and auxiliary (administrative) content created by the Rights Holder to facilitate the Site’s operation, including its interface; <\/p>\n\n

1.1.7. An ordinary (non-exclusive) license is a non-exclusive right of the User to benefit from the result of the intellectual activity specified in paragraph 2.1. of the Agreement, with the Rights Holder reserving the right to grant licenses to other persons. <\/p>\n\n

1.1.8. CybSyn, represented by IE SARTRE D.M.G. – No. 302366080 – Georgia, Tbilisi, Lochini Street, N 3, Floor 2 – N5.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

2. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

2.1. This Agreement defines the conditions and terms for the use of the results of intellectual activity, including elements of the Site’s content, the liability of the parties, and other specific features of the Site’s operation, as well as the relationship between the Site’s users and the Rights Holder and the conditions for the provision of services to the User by the Rights Holder. The Agreement also contains the terms of the privacy policy regarding the User’s personal data. <\/p>\n\n

2.2. The Rights Holder guarantees that it is the exclusive owner of the rights to the Site.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

3. CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

3.1. Acceptance (actions taken to accept the offer) is completed by the User by clicking the order confirmation button on the checkout page.<\/p>\n\n

3.2. By the actions performed for the acceptance of the offer mentioned in paragraph 3.1 of the Agreement, the User guarantees that they have read, approved, and unconditionally accept all clauses of the Agreement, committing to comply with them.<\/p>\n\n

3.3. Acceptance is equivalent to the conclusion and signing of the Agreement under the conditions specified in this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n

3.4. The offer comes into force from the moment it is published on the Internet at the following address: CybSyn.com and remains valid until its withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n

3.5. This Agreement is posted in written form on the Site. If necessary, any person may, upon request, familiarize themselves with the paper version of the Agreement at the Rights Holder’s office. <\/p>\n\n

3.6. The Agreement can only be accepted in its entirety. After the User’s adoption of the terms of this Agreement, the latter will acquire the legal force of a contract concluded between the Rights Holder and the User, but with this, such a contract as a paper document signed by the parties will not be drawn up. <\/p>\n\n

3.7. The Rights Holder reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice, and consequently, the User undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is placed on the relevant page, unless otherwise provided by a new wording of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement always remains on this page at the following address: CybSyn.com. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

4.1. The Rights Holder undertakes to:<\/p>\n\n

4.1.1. Eliminate by its own means and at its own expense within 10 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the relevant notice from the User in written form the inconveniences of the Site revealed by the User, including:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 the non-conformity of the Site’s content with the data specified in paragraph 2.1;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 the presence on the Site of documents whose dissemination is prohibited by law.<\/p>\n\n

4.1.2. Refrain from any action that may prevent the User from exercising the right to use the Site granted to them within the limits stipulated by the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n

4.1.3. Provide information related to work on the Site by email, forum, blog.<\/p>\n\n

4.1.4. Use all personal data and other confidential data about the User solely for the purpose of providing services under the Agreement, and not to transfer documents and information about the User in its possession to third parties.<\/p>\n\n

4.1.5. Ensure the confidentiality of information entered by the User when using the Site via the User’s personal account.<\/p>\n\n

4.1.6. Provide consultations to the User on all issues concerning the Site. The complexity of the problem, its scope, and the timeframe for organizing the consultation will be determined independently by the Rights Holder in each specific case. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

4.2. The User undertakes to:<\/p>\n\n

4.2.1. Use the Site only within the limits of their rights and in the manner indicated in paragraph 2.1. of the Agreement. <\/p>\n\n

4.2.2. Strictly comply with and not violate the terms of the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n

4.2.3. Refrain from copying in any form, modifying, supplementing, and distributing the Site, the Site Content (or any part thereof), as well as creating derivative objects based on it without prior written authorization from the Rights Holder.<\/p>\n\n

4.2.4. Not use any computer device or program to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Site.<\/p>\n\n

4.2.5. Immediately inform the Rights Holder of any known facts of illegal use of the Site by third parties.<\/p>\n\n

4.2.6. Use the Site without violating the proprietary and\/or non-proprietary rights of third parties, as well as prohibitions and restrictions imposed by applicable law, including legislation on intellectual activity and means of individualization.<\/p>\n\n

4.2.7. Not use the Site to distribute promotional material.<\/p>\n\n

4.2.8. Not use the Site for e-mailing purposes by using a plugin that would send emails via the CMS. However, if the installed plugin uses an SMTP account and if the number of emails sent does not exceed 5000 addresses and is occasional, we authorize the User to use this type of plugin. <\/p>\n\n

4.2.9. Fulfill other obligations stipulated by the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

4.3. The Rights Holder has the right to:<\/p>\n\n

4.3.1. Suspend or terminate the User’s registration and access to the Site if the Rights Holder determines that the User does not comply with the terms of the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n

4.3.2. Collect information on user preferences and their methods of using the Site (most used functions, settings, preferred time and duration of work on the Site, etc.) which are not personal data, in order to improve the Site’s operation, its diagnosis, and the prevention of its failures.<\/p>\n\n

4.3.3. Delete User content at the request of authorized bodies or interested parties if said content violates applicable law.<\/p>\n\n

4.3.4. Temporarily suspend the operation of the Site and partially restrict or terminate access to the Site until the completion of necessary technical maintenance and\/or modernization of the site. The User does not have the right to claim damages for such temporary suspension of services or for a restriction of the Site’s availability. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

4.4. The User has the right to:<\/p>\n\n

4.4.1. Use the Site within the limits and by the means specified in the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

5. TERMS AND PROCEDURE FOR USING THE SITE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

5.1. Subject to the User’s compliance with this Agreement, the User obtains an ordinary (non-exclusive) license to use the Site via a personal computer, mobile phone, or any other device in accordance with the scope and procedure defined by the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

5.2. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Rights Holder grants the User the right to use the Site in the following manner:<\/p>\n\n

5.2.1. Use the Site to view, study, and perform other functionalities of the Site by displaying it on the monitor (screen) of the User’s appropriate technical device.<\/p>\n\n

5.2.2. Temporarily enter information into the computer’s memory for the purpose of using the Site and its functionalities.<\/p>\n\n

5.2.3. Quote elements of the Site’s content by indicating the source of the quote, including a link to the Site’s URL address.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

5.3. The User does not have the right to take the following actions when using the Site and its components:<\/p>\n\n

5.3.1. Modify or otherwise rework the site, including performing translations into other languages.<\/p>\n\n

5.3.2. Copy, distribute, or process documents and information contained on the Site, except in cases where this is necessary and caused by the implementation of functionality available to a specific user.<\/p>\n\n

5.3.3. Violate the integrity of the protection system or carry out any action aimed at circumventing, removing, or inactivating technical protection means, or use programming codes intended for altering, eliminating, damaging, or violating the integrity of the Site.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

5.4. All rights not expressly granted to the User in accordance with this Agreement shall be reserved to the Rights Holder.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

The Wallet (prepaid account<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

5.5. Purpose: The following articles define the terms and conditions for funding and using the Wallet (prepaid account) offered by CybSyn on the CybSyn<\/a> website.<\/p>\n\n

5.5.1. Creation and Access to the Wallet: Use of the Wallet is reserved for registered users. The Wallet is personal, non-transferable, but funds can be transferred between customers who have an account with CybSyn<\/a>. The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials.<\/p>\n\n

5.5.2. Funding the Wallet (Top-Up): Users can credit their Wallet by bank transfer on the website. The minimum top-up amount is \u20ac10.00. The maximum credit on the Wallet is limited to \u20ac3,000.00. Credited funds do not earn interest, but CybSyn<\/a> reserves the right to offer discounts or bonuses when using the Wallet. <\/p>\n\n

5.5.3. Using the Wallet: Prepaid funds can be used to purchase products or services exclusively on the CybSyn<\/a> website. With each order, the Wallet balance is debited by the total amount including tax. If the balance is insufficient, the user must complete payment using another payment method. The available balance can be viewed in real time in the “My Account” section. For automatic subscription renewal, it can be processed automatically provided that the User has enabled this option in the subscription settings.<\/p>\n\n

5.5.4. Fund Validity: Credited amounts are valid for an unlimited period. <\/p>\n\n

5.5.5. Refunds and Withdrawal: the user has 48 hours to withdraw after topping up, provided they have not used all or part of the credited funds and can justify this request. Balance refund:<\/strong> The user may request a refund of their balance at any time, subject to a processing fee of \u20ac21.00. The refund will be made by bank transfer. <\/p>\n\n

5.5.6. Termination and Blocking: CybSyn<\/a> reserves the right to block a Wallet in case of suspected fraud or illicit use (money laundering) and violation of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n\n

5.5.7. Liability: CybSyn<\/a> cannot be held liable in the event of fraudulent use of the Wallet following user negligence (loss of password).<\/p>\n\n

5.5.8. Personal Data: The data collected is processed in accordance with our Legal Notice<\/a> and our Terms and Conditions of Sale. It is necessary for Wallet management. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

6. CONDITIONS FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

6.1. CybSyn.com offers the following services directly on its Site:<\/p>\n\n

> Hosting with subscription management;<\/p>\n\n

> Services for the implementation of technical support for the Site;<\/p>\n\n

> Webmaster providing the ability to manage subscriptions;<\/p>\n\n

Technical descriptions of all offered services are available on the Site.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

Prices are shown in euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

6.2. Hosting with subscription management.<\/p>\n\n

6.2.1. We offer different types of hosting.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

6.2.2. Website hosting includes services related to ensuring security and installing systems on our servers. We guarantee the security of Sites and their impeccable operation. For WordPress sites, we guarantee the update of the graphic theme, plugins, and WordPress. <\/p>\n\n

6.2.3. The conditions for the provision of the service “Hosting with subscription management” are as follows:<\/p>\n\n

a) Depending on the chosen package, payment is made annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.<\/p>\n\n

b) We have servers in France and other countries for outsourced backups. By default, all sites are hosted in France. <\/p>\n\n

c) Depending on the hosting package, backups are made daily, weekly, or monthly. Backups are retained for 3 months. <\/p>\n\n

d) We can offer hourly backup as an option.<\/p>\n\n

e) Each hosting package must be paid at the beginning of the subscription. The start date of the subscription is the day of activation of the chosen package among those mentioned above. However, due to technical reasons, for example, the time required to acquire a domain, the subscription can be paid after the removal of said technical reasons, at the latest within 48 hours from the day the order is placed. <\/p>\n\n

f) The acquisition of the domain name will be handled by the client, apart from our “Performance” package, where in this case CybSyn.com undertakes to ensure the purchase and management of the domain for the client.<\/p>\n\n

g) The User undertakes to keep the theme and plugin licenses up to date, to allow CybSyn.com to update the theme, plugins, and WordPress.<\/p>\n\n

g-1) If any of the licenses are not up to date, CybSyn.com will regularly notify the User so that they can purchase the corresponding license.<\/p>\n\n

g-2) If CybSyn.com believes that the site may be vulnerable because the User has delayed too long in purchasing a license, CybSyn.com reserves the right to put the site into maintenance and quarantine until the User purchases the license.<\/p>\n\n

g-3) CybSyn.com will not jeopardize the dedicated server where the User’s outdated site is located, with a significant risk of probable contamination of other sites present on the same server.<\/p>\n\n

6.3. Technical support services for created Sites:<\/p>\n\n

6.3.1. We offer types of services, but this list is not limited.<\/p>\n\n

If we offer you additional services, they will be specified on the site without necessarily being in the list on CybSyn.com.<\/p>\n\n

As with all our personalized proposals, the conditions will be specified in a commercial proposal that the client will have accepted by email and a summary of these conditions on the digital order.<\/p>\n\n

Some services can be paid quarterly, semi-annually, and annually.<\/p>\n\n

6.3.2. Said services are provided to the client only after a 100% prepayment or 50% to 25% if mentioned on the commercial order or if the service allows it.<\/p>\n\n

6.3.3. To receive quality services, the client must clearly formulate the objective by specifying the concrete services chosen by them from those mentioned above. In some cases, the client must provide all necessary information for the provision of quality service: <\/p>\n\n

a) For the provision of Site creation services, the client is obliged to provide the necessary photos and texts as soon as possible. One of the necessary conditions for joint work with the client may be a meeting with the latter at the CybSyn.com office and\/or a video conference via Zoom organized to clarify the client’s preferences and wishes. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

6.4. Webmaster’s tasks:<\/p>\n\n

6.4.1. CybSyn.com offers unlimited assistance (or managed services) and on-demand assistance;<\/p>\n\n

b) the implementation of natural search engine optimization (SEO)<\/p>\n\n

c) monitoring of the Site’s search engine optimization.<\/p>\n\n

6.4.2. In providing the aforementioned services, CybSyn.com performs the following tasks:<\/p>\n\n

> Webmaster technical support: ensuring site, plugin, and theme updates, installation of additional plugins, ensuring Site development, content updates, and performance of common Webmaster functions. All requests will be submitted only via the Support Ticket. <\/p>\n\n

> SEO implementation: ensuring the website’s search engine optimization so that it becomes more visible in search engines.<\/p>\n\n

6.4.3. For the SEO placement service, a mandatory and simultaneous provision of technical support and consulting services granted to the client during the first year of the Site’s operation is provided, according to the prices in the table.<\/p>\n\n

6.4.3.1 This mandatory and simultaneous provision of technical support and consulting services granted to the client during the first year is called “SEO Monitoring.”<\/p>\n\n

6.4.3.2 From the second year of SEO Monitoring, CybSyn.com offers a one-year or monthly subscription to ensure the continuity of services.<\/p>\n\n

6.4.3.3 SEO Monitoring includes 2 types of service:<\/p>\n\n

– Monitoring and correction of errors in Google Search Console and other potential foreign search engines.<\/p>\n\n

– Sending a monthly report containing advice and statistics in the form of screenshots from various screens in Google Search Console and Google Analytics.<\/p>\n\n

6.4.3.4 If the client has opted for Unlimited Assistance, CybSyn.com will monitor and correct errors in Google Search Console and other potential foreign search engines. If the client wishes to receive the monthly report containing advice and statistics, they will benefit from the SEO Monitoring Pack at a reduced price of approximately 45%. <\/p>\n\n

6.4.4. CybSyn.com does not correct the content of the Site (the content of texts and the creation of articles, portfolios, and other Site content). CybSyn.com reserves the right to present to the Client or their representative only its proposals regarding a modification of the Site for the purpose of increasing its visibility in search engines. <\/p>\n\n

6.4.5. Each of the aforementioned services will be performed under conditions of 100% prepayment. Subscription to “Search Engine Optimization” services consists of making a subscription payment on the day the service order is placed. <\/p>\n\n

6.4.6 Commercial proposal: if CybSyn.com submits a written commercial proposal, the same proposal will be implemented in the client’s account on the same day. These 2 proposals are valid for 14 days. After this period, the digital order will be automatically deleted and the written proposal will become null and void. <\/p>\n\n

> The client will only need to accept the commercial proposal and pay for it online for work to begin.<\/p>\n\n

Nevertheless, CybSyn.com reserves the right to propose specific deadlines, but these will be obligatorily mentioned in the latest version of the written commercial proposal.<\/p>\n\n

6.4.7 Backups and restoration: depending on the hosting package, backups always take place in the evening around 9:00 PM (French time). Following a CMS usage error or a technical problem related to incorrect handling, site restoration will be billed at a flat rate for one hour of ad-hoc assistance. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

6.5. Final clauses:<\/p>\n\n

6.5.1. For each service ordered on the CybSyn.com Site, an order in Lari will be established containing all the client’s contact details in French or English, depending on the language in which the order was placed. Once the order is paid, the User will receive an invoice. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

– Any order issued for payment to the User has been validated in principle by the latter.<\/p>\n\n

– There are no payment deadlines. All our orders are payable upon receipt. <\/p>\n\n

– Nevertheless, the client will receive reminders: 14 days before the renewal date, 30 days after the renewal date.<\/p>\n\n

– Beyond the reminders, CybSyn.com will contact the User to find an amicable solution.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

In case of disagreement with the User, all CybSyn services will be suspended as explained in article 6.5.4 below.<\/p>\n\n

6.5.2. Price information is given in Euros. Acceptable foreign cards are: Visa MasterCard, Visa Electron, and MasterCard Maestro. Bank transfer in Euros is possible. <\/p>\n\n

6.5.3 Subscriptions on “Pause” are not accepted.<\/p>\n\n

6.5.4. Management and rules for subscriptions regardless of the service<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

1\/ For all subscriptions, renewals can be made before the renewal date.<\/p>\n\n

2\/ CybSyn sends a reminder message 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, 7 days, and 1 day before the renewal date to notify the User.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

3\/ If the User does not cancel their subscription before the renewal date, the renewal is mandatory.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

4\/ Only the User must cancel their subscription by logging into their account.<\/p>\n\n

5\/ If payment has not been made, the User will automatically receive a reminder email 1 day and 7 days after the renewal date resulting in the suspension of the website’s broadcast, or SEO Monitoring, or assistance, or domain and email box renewals<\/strong>, and the addition of management fees.<\/p>\n\n

6\/ On the 14th day, CybSyn will cancel the service<\/strong>, and the order will be deleted. Only the management fees will remain pending payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

6.5.5. If the client wishes to recover their website, domain, and email boxes, the client’s account must not have any pending or canceled orders.<\/p>\n\n

6.5.6. IBAN bank transfer is possible for all services.<\/p>\n\n

6.5.7 A subscription is not transferable from one User to another, unless the User has 2 distinct accounts with CybSyn.com.<\/p>\n\n

6.5.8 A paid order is no longer refundable. A credit note may be offered in the form of a promotional code with a value of part or all of the order minus management fees (\u20ac60). <\/p>\n\n

6.5.9 If the User wishes to migrate their website and regain management of their domain, the User must be up to date with their payments, and their corresponding subscriptions must be awaiting cancellation.<\/p>\n\n

6.6 Creation Packages for information sites, blogs, and e-commerce:<\/p>\n\n

6.6.1 A newly created site by us is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of going live. During these 3 months, the client can request a graphic improvement of their site such as: making color changes, particularly for buttons or the menu, reducing or enlarging fonts, changing the colors of certain parts of the site, reviewing the presentation of the homepage without questioning its overall design. <\/p>\n\n

6.6.2 Excluded are: questioning the site’s structure, creating new pages, new articles, portfolios, and products (e-commerce).<\/p>\n\n

6.6.3 Training on site usage (back-office, creating articles, portfolios or products, managing orders, updating shipping prices or products) is included for a duration of 1 to 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n

6.6.4 All SEO for 1 year is included: site registration on Bing and Google Search Console, on Google Analytics, correction of indexing errors, and sending a monthly report for 12 months on the progress of site indexing, as well as traffic and impressions (results following user searches on Google). An “Annual SEO Monitoring” subscription will be created in the client’s account, allowing them to renew it, if desired, before the renewal date. Once the date has passed, the renewal will be payable. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

6.7 The CybSyn.com site:<\/p>\n\n

6.7.1 The CybSyn.com domain, the Website, content, graphic illustrations, logo, and texts unconditionally represent the property of Mr. Daniel SARTRE. The CybSyn.com site is hosted on a server in France. <\/p>\n\n

6.7.2 The operational CybSyn.com Sites are as follows:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 CybSyn.com: Information sites about our activities, client area.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

7. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

7.1. For the fulfillment of the terms of the Agreement, the User agrees to submit their personal data and consents to its processing in accordance with the laws of Georgia. “Personal data” refers to the personal information that the User provides about themselves for acceptance. <\/p>\n\n

7.2. The Rights Holder guarantees the confidentiality of the User’s personal data by providing access to their personal data only to employees who need this information for the fulfillment of the terms of the Agreement, ensuring that said persons comply with the confidentiality of personal data during its processing. Furthermore, the Holder is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all information received from the User, regardless of the content of this information and the manner of its acquisition. <\/p>\n\n

7.3. Information received by the Rights Holder (personal data) is not subject to disclosure, except in cases where its disclosure is mandatory in accordance with the legislation of Georgia or necessary for the operation of the Site.<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

8.1. The parties assume responsibility for the non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.<\/p>\n\n

8.2. The Rights Holder is not responsible for the User’s actions related to the exercise of the rights to use the Site granted to them, and for any damage suffered by the User during the use of the Site.<\/p>\n\n

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

9.1. The claim procedure for pre-trial settlement of disputes arising from this Agreement is mandatory for the Parties.<\/p>\n\n

9.2. Claim letters are sent by the parties by mail or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of the party’s registered office.<\/p>\n\n

9 .3. The period for examining the claim is 10 working days from the date of its receipt by the recipient.<\/p>\n\n

9.4. Disputes arising from this Agreement will be settled by judicial means in accordance with the laws of Georgia.<\/p>\n\n

10. FINAL CLAUSES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

10.1. This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. Matters not regulated by the Agreement will be subject to settlement in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. <\/p>\n\n
